This privacy statement covers the website gympilot.nl. Each gym is itself responsible for the data it keeps in GymPilot; we make agreements about that with every gym.
Who is responsible
GymPilot is made by DoingCode, Ploegschaar 3, 7641 HH Wierden. Questions about privacy can be sent via the contact form.
The contact form
If you request a demo or ask a question, we store your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), subject and message. We use this data only to answer your question and arrange a demo. Your message arrives in our own system and is not shared with anyone else.
Visitor statistics
To see how the website is used, we record for each visit which page was viewed, when, with what kind of browser and device, which website you came from and from which IP address. This data stays on our own server, is not shared and is automatically deleted after one year at most. We do not use any external analytics services.
Cookies
The website only sets cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a cookie that protects forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
Your rights
You can ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just send a message via the contact form. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
If the website changes, we will update this statement. This version is dated October 2026.
